Banana Cake

A delicious banana cake with a hint of apple juice and Canadian bacon.

Banana Cake

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).

2. Grease a cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

3. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: 250g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, and a pinch of salt.

4. In a separate bowl, cream together 150g softened butter and 200g sugar.

5. Add 2 eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

6. Peel and mash 2 ripe bananas. Add the mashed bananas to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well.

7. Alternate adding the dry ingredients and 120ml apple juice to the mixture, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

8. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

9. Bake the cake for approximately 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

10. Allow the cake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.

11. Serve the banana cake with a slice of Canadian bacon on the side. Enjoy!
