Creamy Milk Pudding

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of 1% milk, 1/4 cup of sugar, and a pinch of salt.

2. Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to steam, but do not let it boil.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and 1/4 cup of cold 1% milk until smooth.

4. Slowly pour the cornstarch mixture into the saucepan while whisking continuously.

5. Continue to cook the pudding mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly, until it thickens and coats the back of a spoon.

6. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

7. Pour the pudding into individual serving dishes or a large serving bowl.

8. Cover the surface of the pudding with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.

9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
