Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, these baked falafels are a delicious vegetarian snack.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. 2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, and salt. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.

3. 3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. 4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.

5. 5. Serve with tahini sauce or in a pita with your favorite toppings.
