1. 1. Heat the milk until warm, not hot. 2. In a large bowl, combine the warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy. 3. Add the flour gradually and mix until a dough forms. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes. 5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour. 6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape. 7. Spread butter, sugar, and cinnamon on the dough. 8. Roll up the dough tightly and slice into rolls. 9. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes. 10.
