A delicious and moist chocolate cake made with almond milk and topped with cashew nuts.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of flour, 1 3/4 cups of sugar, 3/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
3. Add 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 2 eggs, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
4. Grease a round cake pan and pour the batter into it.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
7. Once the cake is cooled, melt some chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the cake.
8. Sprinkle some cashew nuts on top for decoration.
