Egg-in-a-Hole Toast

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Cut a hole in the center of a slice of bread using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.

2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt some butter in the pan.

3. Place the bread in the skillet and crack an egg into the hole in the center of the bread.

4. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown.

5. Carefully flip the bread over and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the other side is golden brown and the egg yolk is cooked to your desired doneness.

6. Remove from the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
