Apple Cider Pancakes

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of apple cider with 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Set aside for 5 minutes.

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda.

3. In another bowl, beat 2 eggs and then add the apple cider mixture and 1/4 cup of melted butter. Mix well.

4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

5. Heat a griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease with butter or cooking spray.

6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute or until cooked through.

7. Serve the pancakes warm with sliced apples, bacon, and maple syrup. Enjoy!
