Idaho Potato and Grape Tomato Salad with Greek Yogurt

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Thoroughly wash and dice the Idaho potatoes.

2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the diced potatoes. Cook for 8-10 minutes until tender.

3. While the potatoes are cooking, halve the grape tomatoes.

4. In a large bowl, season the Greek yogurt with salt and pepper.

5. Drain and let the cooked potatoes cool.

6. Add the cooled potatoes to the Greek yogurt and mix well.

7. Add the halved grape tomatoes and gently fold them in.

8. Chill the potato and tomato salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
