Cheesy Roasted Vegetables

A delicious and easy side dish featuring roasted baby carrots, potatoes, and corn topped with melted American cheese.

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Wash and peel the baby carrots and potatoes. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the baby carrots, potato cubes, and corn kernels. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until well coated.

4. Spread the vegetable mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.

5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.

6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Sprinkle the grated American cheese evenly over the roasted vegetables.
